Pot Luck Supper at Fellowship Hall.

The program on "Things Japanese: Celebrating 150 years," will be presented by Anita Carroll-Weldon, Director of the Horatio Colony House Museum & Nature Preserve.

Her PowerPoint presentation and lecture will include an overview of the museum followed by a brief history of Japan leading up to the end of isolation in 1858, as well as a description of the cultural impact of trade. Images will include some items in the exhibit augmented by additional representatiions from Japanese art.
