Preservation Workshop: The New Hampshire Division of Historical Resources and New Hampshire Preservation Alliance sponsor a special educational program. UNH Professor David E. Watters, Director of the New England Center for Culture, explores “New Hampshire Gravestones” supported by a NH Humanities Council grant and community partners, South Road Cemetery Association and Belmont Cemetery Trustees – Corner Meeting House 7 PM
- July 17:
Province Road Meeting House – Work Day and Open House (10AM – 3PM) and member potluck supper (5PM-7PM) at the Route 107 site.
- August 8:
Belmont Old Home Day celebrates our local farming tradition with activities, displays, food and a fireworks finale. See www.belmontnh.org for detailed schedule and volunteer opportunities.
- September 18:
Songwriter, musician and former Portsmouth Poet Laureate, John Perrault, presents “The Ballad Lives! Singing the Roots of Narrative Art”, supported by a New Hampshire Humanities Council grant, sponsored by the Belmont Heritage Commission. - Corner Meeting House 7PM
- October 3:
The iconic Belmont Bandstand marks its 100th year on this special Saturday. Stay “tuned” for a centennial birthday program concert this autumn. Community Sponsors at press time include the Belmont Heritage Commission, Belmont Rotary and John W. Sargent Trust Fund.

Help us again on “Make A Difference Day” to continue Province Road Meeting House landscaping improvements. Donations of daffodils are most welcome. - Route 107, Province Road, 9:30AM – 12noon
